By accessing and using the services provided by the ATIAA Trade and Investment Accreditation Authority (ATIAA), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations governing our services. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are prohibited from using our services.
ATIAA provides business accreditation services, including access to networking events, capacity-building workshops, and grants. Our services are designed to enhance the operational capabilities of enterprises in Africa and globaly, and to facilitate access to international markets and investment opportunities.
The services are available to business entities and professionals committed to upholding the standards of quality, sustainability, and ethical conduct as prescribed by ATIAA. All users must be legally recognized entities or individuals capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law.
As part of the registration process, you may be required to provide information about your enterprise including, but not limited to, company name, address, director details, and business operations. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Accreditation by ATIAA is contingent upon meeting our rigorous standards and undergoing a thorough evaluation process. Details of the criteria and process are available on our website and are subject to change at ATIAA's discretion.
ATIAA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.
Users agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding your use of the services. Users must also adhere to ATIAA's accreditation standards and ethical guidelines.
Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of information received during the accreditation process and not to disclose such information without prior written consent from ATIAA.
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, provided by ATIAA is the property of ATIAA or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
ATIAA may terminate your access to the services without notice if you breach this User Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and destroy any copies of materials provided to you or made in connection with such services.
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized Arbitration Association.
ATIAA reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
